Junior Technical Support

Kreloses is Malaysia's leading clinic management platform for veterinary clinics, animal medical centers, and hospitals. We also serve customers in the physiotherapy, chiropractic, dental, and related industries across Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

We are looking for a full-time, remote Junior Technical Support (Tagalog Speaker) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are confident communicators, tech-savvy, and eager to build a career in customer support.

You will play a vital role in onboarding, training, and assisting customers, ensuring they get the most out of our software. Working closely with our customer support and product teams, you will help customers resolve issues, adopt best practices, and feel supported throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform account set up for new customers.
• Conduct live Zoom training sessions for customers, explaining system functions, best practices, and data entry processes.
• Handle support tickets and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide one-on-one Zoom support calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Guide customers in submitting feature requests and explain the process clearly.
• Monitor the system usage of newly onboarded customers and proactively follow up via internal dashboards.
• Provide WhatsApp-based support for new customers until they are confident using the system.
• Assist in creating and updating support materials, including Knowledge Center articles.
• Support customers in account setup and system configuration.
• Report and help reproduce technical issues for the product team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on customer needs and requests.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools (Zoom, Google Docs, email).
• Interest in learning how software works and helping others use it.
• Any internship, school project, or prior role in customer service or tech support is a plus (but not required).

Additional Information

• This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.
• Stable high-speed internet and a reliable computer setup are required.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Malaysia Standard Time, GMT+8).
• Availability for 4 hours on one Saturday each month (compensated at 2x rate).
