Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues that require in-depth troubleshooting and resolution. You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to identify, document, and escalate bugs or system limitations.

In addition, you will mentor and guide junior support engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve troubleshooting efficiency. You will also assist in creating and improving knowledge base documentation with solutions to recurring and newly discovered issues.

Other responsibilities include performing testing and validating bug fixes from the Engineering team, monitoring and analyzing support trends to proactively identify recurring issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to customers on escalated cases.
