Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to take on a pivotal role in compiling comprehensive networking databases for educational institutions across Canada.

About the Position

This is a remote full-time position that involves owning and executing a strategic data compilation project focused on building these databases.

  • We are looking for someone who can navigate complex websites to extract valuable contact information and build comprehensive Excel databases of educational staff contacts.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to systematically collect email addresses and professional contact details from school board websites, create organized listings of educational institutions within designated school boards, and document and verify contact information accuracy across multiple educational platforms.
  • Additionally, we require an individual with the ability to implement efficient data collection methodologies to ensure thorough coverage and structure and format data entries to maintain consistency and usability.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record of experience with data entry and information gathering
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management
  • A strong attention to detail with emphasis on data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and systematic work approach
