Job Title

A Network Professional with advanced technical skills and experience is required to support our global network environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network hardware, software, and communication links. They will be responsible for providing operational support, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Support: Provide proactive and reactive support for all network hardware, software, and communication links.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex network issues using well-planned documentation.
  • Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance activities such as code updates and equipment upgrades.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents, problems, changes, and capacity to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Project Management: Lead assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Tech Support: Respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure security and audit compliance in the network environment.
  • Operational Standards: Adhere to operational standards and comply with engineering design standards and established operational processes.
  • Documentation: Participate in the development and maintenance of operational documentation including updating engineering documentation changes due to operational changes, escalation procedures, and vendor contracts.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis for network events.
