We're currently seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily online store operations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

You will work closely with the Marketing teams to stay up-to-date on trading calendars, plans, and strategies. Your tasks will include managing and maintaining product listings in Shopify, coordinating new product launches, updating content blocks and banners, and supporting the build and scheduling of email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily online store operations
  • Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify
  • Coordinate new product launches
  • Update content blocks and banners
  • Support the build and scheduling of email campaigns
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce coordination, merchandising, or similar
  • Hands on experience with Shopify is essential
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g product review tools, metafields, upsell apps)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours
