E-Commerce Coordinator

Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service by joining a growing automotive services business as an E-Commerce Coordinator.
Responsibilities- Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and content updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
- Coordinate orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions while ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate on website development and provide technical support for presentations.
This role is key to the success of our business. With training and support, you'll expand your responsibilities and have opportunities to grow and develop within the company.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
- Knowledge of Shopify and order management systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
