E-Commerce Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify and e-commerce tools, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize Product Listings: Ensure product descriptions across all Shopify listings are clear and concise, driving conversion and sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Visual Content: Update website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed to showcase products in the best light.
- Liaison with Vendors: Coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status with vendors.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or Shopify-related role.
- Skills: Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce tools, highly organized and self-sufficient, excellent time management skills, strong written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Tech Requirements: Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps), personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
