We are seeking a Medical Care Specialist to manage patient records and ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Record Management: Manage patient wound care records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for patients.
  • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of medical supplies, ensuring timely arrival and proper installation.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of clinical wound care experience, a diploma/degree in Nursing, Medicine or related field, and excellent English communication skills. Strong critical thinking and customer service skills are also essential.

This is a remote position offering flexibility and convenience. You will work from home, collaborating with an international team while contributing to our growing business.
