
HR Operational Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a People Operations Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling front-line and back-office HR operations, ensuring the execution of core HR processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
- Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.
- Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
- Support basic HR reporting needs.
- Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
- Maintain and audit employment records.
- Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports, including I-9 audits, payroll audits, and other mandatory reviews.
- Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in People Operations for a global organization.
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and business environments.
- Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
- Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred.
