About Us

We are seeking a talented Marketing Director to lead our marketing function, driving awareness, demand, and customer loyalty. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that campaigns, messaging, and brand presence directly contribute to business growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-impact marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing a growth roadmap aligned to revenue objectives;
  • Leading and mentoring a small, agile team;
  • Owning messaging and thought leadership to differentiate us in the market;
  • Scaled inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing;
  • Pipeline alignment through partnering with business development;
  • Customer advocacy through developing case studies, communities, and advocacy programs;
  • Data-driven decision making through tracking ROI and refining strategies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role;
  • A proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth;
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams;
  • Strategic yet hands-on approach comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision;
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills simplifying complex products into compelling narratives;
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools;
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.
