Job Opportunity:

Key to success in this role is leading individual real estate brokerages in the deployment and onboarding of back office products. The primary focus will be on implementing a real estate commission and transaction management platform, as well as one designed to assist brokers in analyzing market data and expanding their business.



Responsibilities Include:
  • Evaluating client needs and workflows to make consultative recommendations for utilizing the BoldTrail BackOffice platform effectively.
  • Developing customized implementation plans tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Assisting clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.
  • Delivering product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure high adoption rates.
  • Communicating project implementation progress with internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • Resolving client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions.
  • Collaborating with a team of Implementation Specialists to enhance and scale internal processes.
