SAP Retail Business Analyst / Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail analyst to join our global deployment program.

  • This is a full remote position with work carried out in alignment with the CET timezone.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives.
  • Lead business analysis, process mapping, and documentation to support solution design.
  • Own and manage retail projects within global deployment programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute retail system rollouts including boutiques and infrastructure.
  • Drive gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking.
  • Lead cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution activities.
  • Collaborate across teams to align solutions, resolve SAP/POS/GK integration issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and SLA reporting.
  • Provide stakeholder updates, escalate issues, and mentor team members.
  • Support retail solutions and coordinate escalations with technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • SAP UI5/Fiori setup/troubleshooting and Sovia inventory tools knowledge.
  • Infrastructure coordination and EFT terminal deployment experience.
  • Business analysis skills including use cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • Familiarity with cutover, hypercare, incident management, OSS notes investigation, and project deliverables management.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
