Job Title: Operations Implementation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Implementation Specialist to join our global privacy solutions team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, knowledge of various ERP systems, and a passion for working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the technical account management team in implementing and setting up clients on our products.
  • Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success using our products.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Perform other related functions as may be assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Front-end web development experience is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, and other tools.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms, preferably online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile devices.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel; basic knowledge of web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.).
  • Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage, both oral and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work through complex problems with creative solutions.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed individual.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other teams.
