Job Title: Growth and Product Manager

We're seeking a results-driven and strategic leader to join our mobile app Product Team as a Growth and Product Manager. This role combines product ownership with a focus on driving user growth and engagement across specific countries through strategic feature deployment, pricing, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product deployments in different countries, tailoring features, pricing, and subscription packages to each market's needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and feature trends, ensuring competitive positioning.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate feature reception, user engagement, and monetization effectiveness in each market.
  • Ensure product features and campaigns are tailored to resonate with local audiences.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each country, identifying areas for improvement and scaling successful strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and execution.
  • Report directly to the Product Owner, providing updates on country-specific strategies, performance metrics, and project milestones.
  • Comply with local regulations and standards.

About You:

  • Have experience deploying websites and/or native apps with payment systems.
  • Ideal candidate has experience with App Store and/or Landing Page- / Search Engine- optimization, especially around creatives, descriptions & A/B-testing.
  • Demonstrate understanding of software development principles and technologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
  • Be team-oriented, culturally sensitive, self-reliant, and skilled in time management.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to foster strong relationships.
