The Role of a Solutions Expert

This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality assessment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executing solution assessments from start to finish, including customer engagement and technical expertise on discovery tools.
  • Educating customers on assessment tools and managing the provision process, including customer engagement related to deployment and data coverage.
  • Troubleshooting deployment issues for customers and conducting workshops and other assessments relevant to Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
Our Assessment Process
  • Preliminary work: Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements, outlining relevant benefits and outcomes through a solution assessment.
  • Discovery: Identifying the optimal platform to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through thorough discovery.
  • Analysis: Completing analysis of collected data, highlighting key insights and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Collaboration with Microsoft specialists, account teams, and/or partners before presenting findings to customers.
  • Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate format to customers and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Ensuring seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant teams.
