Job Title: Key Account Coordinator

Overview:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee key customer accounts and ensure smooth execution from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and owning day-to-day account operations.

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can effectively manage high-value client accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor-side accounts and coordinate order fulfillment
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
  • Rout orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in account/project/order management, preferably in promotional products and branded merchandise. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously are essential.
