Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandising Supervisor located in Las Pinas. The Merchandising Supervisor will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of merchandising strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing product inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring optimal product placement, and analyzing sales data to drive performance. The role also involves supervising and training in-store staff, maintaining high customer service standards, and liaising with different departments to enhance overall retail performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret sales data
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the Retail industry and Merchandise management
  • Leadership experience in supervising and training staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using retail management software
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
