We are seeking an Account Manager/Sales Manager in the Promotional Products Merchandising space, who will be well rewarded for their passion and dedication.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (fluent written and spoken English)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel and Xero skills
  • Ability to make sensible and commercially smart decisions daily
  • Experience preferred in the wholesaling industry, or experience in quotation or B2B sales
  • Mature, self-motivated, and a team player

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage inbound customers via email and phone, make outbound calls, and transition them from enquiry to successful order
  • Turn inquiries into happy customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell like a pro.
  • Manage client expectations to ensure a smooth transition from sales order to product delivery
  • Close deals and hit targets.
  • Back office administration
  • Front office client communication
  • Front office sales
  • Reactivate old accounts and grow new ones.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table.
