We are seeking an Account Manager/Sales Manager in the Promotional Products Merchandising space, who will be well rewarded for their passion and dedication.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (fluent written and spoken English)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel and Xero skills
- Ability to make sensible and commercially smart decisions daily
- Experience preferred in the wholesaling industry, or experience in quotation or B2B sales
- Mature, self-motivated, and a team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage inbound customers via email and phone, make outbound calls, and transition them from enquiry to successful order
- Turn inquiries into happy customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell like a pro.
- Manage client expectations to ensure a smooth transition from sales order to product delivery
- Close deals and hit targets.
- Back office administration
- Front office client communication
- Front office sales
- Reactivate old accounts and grow new ones.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table.
