Key Skills and Qualifications

- At least 1 year of customer service experience.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
Tech Requirements
- A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
- A minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed.
