- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries via chats, emails, and phone calls.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
- Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is a must.
- Experience providing support via live chats and CRM systems.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Positive and responsible attitude.
