About Customer Support Specialist Role

This is a job opening for a highly skilled professional to join our organization. We are looking for an exceptional customer support specialist who can provide top-notch assistance to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to handle and resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Evaluate and escalate internal teams to investigate issues and find solutions
  • Develop expertise in all areas of B2C products, systems, and processes
  • Identify trends and concerns, escalating them accordingly
  • Review current processes and make suggestions for improvements that enhance the customer experience or facilitate self-service
Requirements
  • Experience working in a CS environment, preferably B2C
  • Strong communication skills with sound decision-making abilities
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and investigations, owning the outcome
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment with varying deadlines and priorities
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and implement corrective actions
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Desirable Skills/Experience
  • Knowledge of general operations within financial services or fintech
  • Experience working in a financial services or fintech company
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk)
  • Understanding or awareness of KYC and/or AML regulations
