Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge-base content, FAQs, and help documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English with a clear, friendly, and professional communication style.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose problems effectively.
  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced, remote environments.
