Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Inbound Calls and Communications: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers who require assistance with orders, product information, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives to resolve customer concerns.
  • Upsell Products and Services: Seize opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet the customer's needs.
  • Build Relationships: Develop sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond to meet their expectations.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry changes and trends to provide best-in-class service to our clients.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Consistent attention to detail and quality.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Strong time management skills.
