We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to support our customer service initiatives.

Job Description

The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. This includes resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge, and maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior call center experience is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • A typing speed of 20+ WPM is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Windows operating systems is preferred.
