
Sales Growth Strategist

The ideal candidate will lead the sales strategy, drive outbound outreach and scale the sales team to support our rapid expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and manage high-performing sales teams and develop outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email marketing and other channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email marketing and other platforms.
- Navigate the request for proposal/request for information/request for quote marketplace and prepare compelling proposals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- A proven track record in sales leadership roles, preferably within dynamic environments.
- Strong expertise in managing and scaling sales teams.
- Expertise in outbound sales techniques, including LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Familiarity with the RFP/RFI/RFQ process.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to differentiate the brand.
