Customer Order Coordinator

You will be the key point of contact for customer orders, ensuring smooth processing from quotation to delivery.
- Efficiently handle and process quotations and sales orders within stipulated target times, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
As a result, you will have opportunities to drive adoption of our client's e-commerce platform, collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also investigate and resolve any issues related to customer orders.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
