Job Title: Cross-Platform Customer Service & Order Management Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through multi-channel support.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining inventory levels across various e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure stock accuracy, update inventory levels, and synchronize data across platforms.
- Coordinate returns, process refunds, and handle refund transactions seamlessly.
- Enter, update, and verify order details, customer information, and financial transactions into the seller account.
- Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor seller account performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in seller central or e-commerce order processing.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like amazon, ebay, and shopify.
- Proficiency in microsoft office, excel, and google sheets for tracking sales and reports.
