Project managers play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. As a Global Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closure of projects according to set deadlines and budget constraints.

This entails coordinating internal resources and third-party stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and guaranteeing project objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. They will also have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and driving business growth through strategic project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Initiation:
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks.
  • Execution & Monitoring:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports.
  • Stakeholders Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executives.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
  • Manage project budgets and track expenditures.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.

Preferred qualifications include: PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications, MBA or Master's degree, and 5+ years of experience in project or program management roles.
