This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, who can work effectively in a virtual environment and maintain accurate candidate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through various methods including job boards and networking events.
  • Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Managing the candidate experience from application to offer stage.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles.
  • Previous experience working as a hiring specialist in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
