Job Title: Technical Support Representative

At our company, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing first-level technical support for customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and have a strong understanding of operating systems and common software. Additionally, the candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical support calls, emails, or chats from customers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or engineering teams.
  • Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.

Requirements:
