Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients, ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling technical support requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a high-performing IT environment for our team and clients.

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying solutions and implementing fixes.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical support interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering, preferably with at least 3 years as L2 in an AU MSP environment.
  • Relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, with experience in developing and customizing business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with staff and suppliers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
