Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert Position

This role involves working closely with business leaders to optimize system functionality and implement customized reporting solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. They will streamline workflows, enhance financial reporting, and ensure seamless navigation through the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required
  • Document system changes, configurations, and training materials
  • Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years)
    • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies
    • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics
    • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Excellent communication and training skills
    • Collaborative mindset and proactive approach
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours Location: Remote work
