Job Title: Zoho Expert - Jewelry Business Migration & Management

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to migrate our jewelry company's core operations—including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations—to Zoho One.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert in business process automation and optimization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator), as well as experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  2. Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  3. Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations.
  4. Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  5. Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  6. Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
  7. Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Zoho One.
  • Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools.
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications.
  • Background in business process automation and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
