Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to lead the handling of incoming leads, guide them through the early stages, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. This is a critical, client-facing role where you will be the first impression of our company to potential clients and an ongoing point of contact once they partner with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs, identifying key challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Present our services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordingly, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives.
  • Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding, providing exceptional support and expertise at each stage.
  • Maintain open communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations, fostering trust and transparency in the process.
  • Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention, and proactively identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
  • Handle administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements with precision and attention to detail, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up, leveraging relationships and networking to drive growth and success.
