Michael & Associates is reshaping the criminal defense landscape in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Head of Recruiting to lead and scale our talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with hiring goals
  • Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for legal and administrative roles
  • Oversee sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding efforts
  • Implement recruitment systems and workflows to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates
  • Partner with leadership to identify future hiring needs
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience with inbound and outbound recruiting
  • Strong oral communication skills in English
  • Track record of hiring exceptional talent in a fast-paced environment
