Provides primary assistance in the development and implementation of sourcing, staffing and placement strategies to ensure timely and continuous availability of talents for the company's human resource requirements

Specific duties and responsibilities:

  • Assists the Department head in developing and implementing talent acquisition & manpower strategies to support the company's various recruitment requirements. This includes sourcing strategies, application of recruiting trends to identify the most effective and efficient ways to recruit talents.
  • Oversees applicant onboarding requirements.
  • Manages company-wide plantilla in accordance with all manpower planning approvals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor College Degree on Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology
  • Fresh graduate/ Entry level specializing in Human Resources or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
