
Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts in the construction and furniture fabrication industry. This role will be responsible for building and executing a robust talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business growth objectives, ensures a steady pipeline of top-tier candidates, and strengthens our employer brand in a competitive labor market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine a strategic hiring plan to meet current and future workforce needs in the construction and furniture fabrication sectors.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand business growth plans and translate them into recruitment priorities.
- Analyze labor market trends to anticipate hiring challenges and design proactive solutions.
Employer Branding & Industry Outreach
- Position the company as an employer of choice within the construction and manufacturing community.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical schools, trade associations, and industry networks to attract specialized talent.
- Lead targeted recruitment campaigns and develop industry-specific talent pools.
Process Optimization & Recruitment Technology
- Design and implement efficient recruitment workflows, assessment tools, and candidate experience strategies.
- Leverage recruitment technologies and data analytics to measure performance, improve sourcing strategies, and ensure diversity in hiring.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to deliver high-quality, timely hiring results.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent partners to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven recruitment experience within construction, furniture manufacturing, or related technical industries.
- Strong understanding of labor market trends, trade-specific roles, and skilled labor recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic hiring plans and employer branding initiatives.
