PURPOSE

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for providing administrative support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Talent Acquisition Associate assists with job posting, background checking, screening of interns, interviewing of entry-level candidates, handling the University Partnership, and provides other support, as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs once approved MRF has been received

  • Assists Talent Acquisition Specialists with the following:

  • Schedules applicants interview

  • Completes background checks of identified hires

  • Conducts pre-screening when needed

  • Oversees hiring requirements of the following:

  • Internship

  • Entry-level probationary vacancies

  • Cadetship Training Program

  • Conducts pre-screening of candidates for interns

  • Endorses intern applicants to the hiring manager
  • Schedules hiring manager interview of intern applicants
  • Extends the Internship Acceptance Offer to the identified candidate
  • Endorses intern candidate to Talent Development and Total Rewards
  • Administers IQ assessments for select candidates
  • Conducts interviews for assigned entry-level positions
  • Endorses entry-level probationary candidates for Hiring Manager Interview
  • Conducts Salary Analysis and Job Offer for entry-level candidates
  • Endorses hired candidates to Talent Development and Total Rewards
  • Tagging the responsible recruiter in Ivanti for newly approved MRFs
  • Encoding the details of the newly approved MRF in the Master list
  • Prepares and updates TA Reports and Trackers
  • Participates in some alignment meetings with different Groups to assist in drafting MoM
  • Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

  • A graduate of any 4-year business-related courses

Minimum Experience/Training

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • With at least a year of relevant administrative and recruitment experience is a plus

Competency

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to perform administrative work
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Amenable to work in Makati
  • Amenable to a compressed work week schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Amenable to render overtime when needed
