Project Manager Position Overview

The Project Manager serves as the foundation of the PMO team, handling routine deployments and growing toward complex responsibilities.

This role requires expertise in deployment processes, customer relationships, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project & Stakeholder Management:
    • Lead planning and execution of deployment projects from start to finish.
    • Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring open communication.
  • Logistics & Coordination:
    • Manage logistics including site assessments, equipment delivery, and vendor scheduling.
    • Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.
    • Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned.
  • Vendor & Process Oversight:
    • Coordinate with third-party installation vendors.
    • Monitor vendor performance and address quality concerns.
