Leadership Manager

This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing the performance of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and supervising Team Leaders to ensure they meet client service level agreements and financial targets.
  • Analyzing and maintaining client service level agreements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Selecting, training, developing and managing the performance of direct reports and their associates.
  • Managing and reviewing operational reports to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards.
  • Conducting regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review their performance and offer coaching and development opportunities.
  • Creating a positive work environment through employee engagement and resolving employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings to review information from operational support functions and partner to define action plans to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implementing best practices and delivering exceptional results for clients, driving consistent performance and evaluating staffing needs.

  • Experience in team leadership and management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
