Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a NEMT Partnership Coordinator. This role will involve collaborating with national and regional NEMT brokers to support our outreach and partnership efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, outreach, credentialing, or virtual assistance, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong written and spoken English skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace and other digital tools.

This is a remote opportunity that offers flexible working hours and the potential for long-term growth and development. We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching and maintaining a list of national and state-level NEMT brokers and key contacts
  • Preparing and submitting capability statements, RFP forms, and introductory documentation
  • Maintaining a CRM or outreach tracker with current status, deadlines, and next steps
  • Coordinating document collection from affiliates (insurance, licenses, compliance forms)
  • Ensuring all broker requirements (e.g., vehicle compliance, HIPAA, background checks) are tracked
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, outreach, credentialing, or virtual assistance
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other digital tools
  • Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or transportation industries (optional)
