Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate partnerships with national and regional non-emergency transportation brokers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a list of key contacts and NEMT brokers at the national and state levels.
  • Develop and send outreach communications, schedule calls, and follow up with brokers and vendor onboarding teams.
  • Prepare and submit capability statements, RFP forms, and introductory documentation.
  • Coordinate document collection from affiliates, including insurance, licenses, and compliance forms.
  • Maintain a CRM or outreach tracker with current status, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for NEMT onboarding.
  • Ensure all broker requirements, such as vehicle compliance and HIPAA, are tracked.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, outreach, credentialing, or virtual assistance.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with confidence in professional email communication.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with comfort working across multiple systems.
  • Experience working remotely for U.S.-based clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and Zoom is required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or transportation industries is an asset.
  • Willingness to work with partial overlap to U.S. time zones (Pacific or Central Time) is essential.
