Job Title: Sr. HR and Payroll Specialist

This role reports to the Director of Payroll and serves as a backup to Human Resources.

The position partners with market teams to ensure timely, accurate payroll.

About the Role:
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Demonstrate customer service orientation and company values.
Key Responsibilities:Payroll:
  • Process requests and setup for clients.
  • Transact payroll processing for non-specialized client requests.
  • Prepare attachments for billing.
Sales and General Support:
  • Assist in sales administration and data efforts for special projects.
  • Monitor and respond to emails.
Human Resources:
  • Verify and activate employee records.
  • Conduct internal audits and gaps analysis.
Technology:
  • Order timekeeping clock setups.
  • Complete technical reviews.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Has a university degree.
  • Is fluent in English.
  • Is computer proficient and systems-savvy.
  • Has 2-4 years of experience ideal.
