Key Business Partner Role

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Business Partner to join our HR team.

This strategic role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insightful guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing strategic HR guidance that drives performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.

The role will also involve leading change management efforts, including organizational structure changes and policy reviews, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and support long-term growth.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support managers in establishing effective performance management practices, provide coaching and guidance to improve team and individual performance, and act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools.
