About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective user acquisition strategies across various platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the mobile gaming industry, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Responsible for daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS) of your campaigns.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on campaign performance to other members of the growth team, aiming to uncover actionable insights & optimizations.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads with significant budgets while achieving target KPIs.
  • Proven ability to scale UA efficiently in a mobile-first or mobile gaming environment.
  • Strong analytical skills fluent in Excel/Sheets and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular (BI Tools & Attribution Frameworks).
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution.
