Job Description:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and provide solutions
Maintain accurate and complete account information in the enterprise resource planning tool
Assist in account onboarding functions and initial program setup
Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders
Ensure timely billing and collections
Oversee ticketing system to ensure deliverables meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Participate in Client meetings and events
Communicate invitations, updates, and announcements to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and time-management skills
Experience working with CRM tools and applications
Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
Presentation and decision-making skills
Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence
Awareness of industry trends and competitors
Experience working with global teams or regional nuances
