Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and provide solutions

  • Maintain accurate and complete account information in the enterprise resource planning tool

  • Assist in account onboarding functions and initial program setup

  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders

  • Ensure timely billing and collections

  • Oversee ticketing system to ensure deliverables meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Participate in Client meetings and events

  • Communicate invitations, updates, and announcements to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and time-management skills

  • Experience working with CRM tools and applications

  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools

  • Presentation and decision-making skills

  • Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence

  • Awareness of industry trends and competitors

  • Experience working with global teams or regional nuances
