Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Success Manager. You'll be the bridge between Callbox and our clients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. This role goes beyond ticking boxes; it's about reading between the lines, understanding the "unsaid," and responding with the right solutions at the right time. You should be comfortable talking about anything under the sun, whether it's business strategy or the latest industry trends, and you should have the knack for spotting context clues that reveal what a client needs.

Daily, you'll engage with clients, analyze their goals, and design strategies that drive measurable results. You'll handle issues proactively, celebrate wins collaboratively, and make sure every client interaction strengthens the relationship.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence
  • Proficiency in Relationship Building and managing client interactions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to talk confidently on a wide range of topics
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to "read the room," pick up on context clues, and anticipate needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in B2B lead generation or similar roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
