Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining a defined set of clients, building and managing strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and driving account profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss objectives and progress
  • Liaise with internal departments to deliver against client objectives
  • Prepare reports to ensure clients are receiving value and ROI

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve client relationships, and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
  • Experience in BPO industry and knowledge of outsourcing best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent field
