Job Summary
  • This is a dynamic Human Resources role that involves providing exceptional service and support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to employee inquiries and transactions via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve policy and navigation-related issues, including employee personal data changes, job data changes, promotions, demotions, salary changes, performance management, learning, severance, tax inquiries, exit/termination, and leave of absence on Workday.
  • Utilize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) to efficiently complete employee transactions.
  • Work closely with onshore partners to develop expertise in handling employee queries.
  • Identify and document out-of-scope queries and collaborate with relevant leads or onshore counterparts to resolve Tier 2 transactions according to defined processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an HR Helpdesk role, preferably from a shared service center environment.
  • Proven experience working with HR ATS and workflow systems, such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, and BambooHR.
  • Flexibility to work US shifts
