Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in live chat customer support for software/SaaS platforms.
  • Able to translate complex technical ideas into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to adapt to a growing team.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.
